Beer, beer, bratwurst, beer, beer, football, beer
That about sums up the weekend. Oktoberfest was outstanding and it was good to hear of the Bull riding virtuoso (Herr Spellman) is engaged to Kelly. Maybe we can rent the bull riding thing for his bachelor party?

Saturday I was proud to see that my overseas training for beer consumption is still resident in the ol' skill set. However, I don't think my kidneys were quite ready for 3-liters on Saturday followed by Sunday's onslaught. The river may be approaching flood stage downstream somewhere.

Sunday spelled doom for Waggs digestive system. Hope everything comes out okay. Also, I'll try to find a washer to donate to your kitchen sink.

The Ryder Cup is this week and a gathering is being planned for fine bourbon and 'import' cigars at Jillian's on Sunday from nooon to 6pm for the singles matches. Friday and Saturday will have similar coverage times and I may look into taking off Friday to watch it. Yes, I enjoy watching golf that much.

Lepus, when you get a chance, bring me some pot pie to munch on so I don't have to miss any coverage.

Breweries run on cash flow. Purchasing raw materials, new equipment and making payroll are top of mind.

First, your liability policy premium is based on your brewery’s revenue and your work comp policy premium is based on your brewery’s payroll. At year end, these insurance policies are audited by the carrier to ensure they received enough premium to cover your exposure.
